 ANYONE CAN GET IN IT.. FOR 6WKS OR SEE DO U HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO GO THE FULL 90 DAYS!!!!

6 week sessions/3x a week

$180/per person for 6-wks

You have the choice of class days and times:

Monday-Friday 6:30am, 7am, 8am,10am, and 11am

Tuesday-Thursday  3pm, 4pm, 5pm

Monday, Wednesday, Friday  3pm, 4pm, 5pm

*Note: Additional class times can be made during daytime hours for 2 or more people only if that time slot is available.

**Note: My out-of -state/town people: 

 All my out of state people that wants to get into this. An at home version with a meal plans will be available for purchase for $130 for 6wks. It will include cardio (HIIT) and Ab workouts. Also a weekly check in will be done by me as well. So you don't have to miss out either!!!

This plan is guaranteed to work as you see with the other clients....but, if and only if your willing to put in the hard work and dedication it takes. I believe in everyone and everyone can get it done!!
